Ariving by:
Plane
If You arrive at Paris-Airport you have to take the Metro to Gare Saint-Lazare.
Then follow the Instructions for the Train.
You could also arrive at the Aeroport de Boss (about 25 km from Rouen).
Then You have to take a taxi to the conference.
Train
From the railwaystation Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris You have the following

Once at Rouen, you can take either the bus NUMBER 1 (located just in front
of the station) or the taxi to INSA. We will ensure a permanence at the
station on sunday 14th from 8 pm until midnight. If you do not arrive at
sunday evening and if you do not go directly to INSA, please ask at the
information desk at the station.
