- Les 4 et 5 avril 2012, j'ai co-organisé les "Rencontres math, bio et médecine de Sorbonne Paris Cité", à l'Institut Jacques Monod de l'Université Paris Diderot.

- Du 22 au 31 mars 2012, j'ai co-organisé une Ecole de Recherche CIMPA sur les Equations d'évolution non linéaires et applications, à Hammamet, Tunisie.

- En 2008/2009, j'ai encadré un stage de Master 1 en informatique à l'Université Paris 13, dont le but était de créer un site pédagogique expliquant aux collégiens le principe de la reproduction chez les crocodiles, basé sur une simulation numérique en Java.
